We’re opening the very first HOTWORX studio in Ontario, and we’re looking for a high-energy, competitive, and passionate General Manager to lead our Stoney Creek location. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new studio and build a winning team and culture from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities – Lead the studio from the ground up!

- Build, coach, and motivate a top-performing membership sales team
- Drive membership growth through sales, community outreach, and marketing
- Oversee studio operations, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and equipment maintenance




- Ensure an exceptional member experience every day
- Manage social media engagement and local marketing campaigns
- Uncapped performance-based earnings with commissions and bonuses

We’re looking for people who are:

- 2+ years in sales, fitness, hospitality, or customer service leadership
- Competitive, motivated, and results-driven—you love to win
- Outgoing and energetic—you thrive on meeting current people
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and nutrition
- Strong social media presence or fitness/wellness following (preferred, not required)
- Self-starter, comfortable with responsibility, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Available for a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends required)
