We are looking to replace an outstanding performer looking towards retirement, Listowel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a well‑established service department in a strong, small‑market dealership with loyal customers, a solid team, and proven processes.

We are a group store within the same small town, working closely with our sister dealerships locally. This creates a unique environment where leadership alignment, shared standards, and long‑term thinking truly matter.

This role is designed for a seasoned Service Manager who values structure, accountability, and execution, and who wants to run a department properly — not constantly put out fires.

Key Responsibilities

- Full leadership of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
- Execution and enforcement of policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Ownership of service department performance across:
- CSI & customer retention
- Labour efficiency & productivity
- Hours per RO and workflow control
- Expense management and profitability
- Shop scheduling, capacity planning, and technician utilization
- OEM (Stellantis) compliance, warranty administration, and safety standards
- Coaching, mentoring, and retaining a stable, high‑performing team
- Professional handling of customer concerns and escalations
- Collaboration with Parts, Sales, and group leadership

What We’re Looking For

This is not an entry‑level management role or an advisor step‑up.

Ideal candidates will have:





- 3+ years of automotive service management experience
- Strong fixed‑operations fundamentals and KPI discipline
- A calm, confident leadership style rooted in consistency
- Proven ability to execute processes — not reinvent them weekly
- Experience leading teams in a smaller‑market or relationship‑driven environment
- CDJR / Stellantis experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
