POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Drivers Licensing Agent, you will play a key role in the efficient processing and management of ICBC driver licensing services. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of licensing transactions, maintaining inventory, and supporting internal audits.

This is an in-office role located at our Salt Spring Island Navacord branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect, process, and confirm ICBC driver licensing documents to ensure accuracy for documentation, reporting, and audits.
- Accurately enter client data and transaction information into ICBC systems.
- Balance and reconcile transactions and reports to maintain accurate records.
- Manage cash deposits and withdrawals in a timely and secure manner.
- Monitor pending documents and facilitate necessary follow-ups as required.
- Efficiently manage ICBC license stock and inventory for the office.
- Assist with internal monthly audits for the office and work with branch leadership to address discrepancies immediately.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to further develop skills in that area.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and transactions.
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and responsibility in handling financial tasks.
- Excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment, independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role within customer service or licensing is considered an asset.

Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate’s experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills. Internal equity to ensure fairness across the organization and region/location is also considered.
