Centralized Procurement Coordinator – Term

Your days will include:

- Gathering requests sent from internal/external departments
- Populating requests into centralized tracking system
- Responding with updates to requestors
- Reviewing project status and updating them as needed
- Moving projects into Stages and closing projects when completed
- Attending launch meetings with assigned Project Lead
- Assisting documentation flow and legal requirements
- Terms and Condition documents
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Gathering information into Cost comparison matrix
- Data analytics and validation of detailed information
- Following up with requestor on details
- Completing Project Charters
- Other tasks assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Proficient in Microsoft applications and Outlook
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good negotiating skills
- Process and results oriented




- Keen attention to detail
- Analytical capabilities – inventory optimization
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and customer service oriented
- Grade 12 diploma with some level of post-secondary
