Role
n
n
- You are responsible for generating leads and following up on sales opportunities to set appointments and move prospects through the sales process.
n
- You will:nn
- Work primarily through phone calls, in-person meetings, and networking, as well as email and SMS.
n
- Conduct sales appointments, communicate with our leadership team, and build long‑term relationships with clients.
n
- Actively find and connect with leads, attend scheduled appointments (both in-person and via Zoom), and consistently follow up to nurture prospects.
n

n
Responsibilities
nn
- Research & attend in-person networking events to make connections with our target audience
n
- Attend daily sales huddles & submit end‑of‑day sales reports
n
- Stay on top of all follow‑up tasks in the CRM
n
- Work through the sales process and close deals
n
- Work independently and perform under pressure
n
- Build robust client relationships
n
- Listen to clients’ needs & provide tailored solutions
n
- Meet or exceed company sales targets
n
- Identify, generate, and call through sales leads
n
- Follow up on no‑shows to get them rescheduled
n
- Follow up on existing prospects to ensure they are moving through the pipeline
n
- Cold call prospects to identify strong fits and book appointments
n
- Data entry of leads into the CRM and keep it organized
n
n
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
nn
- Generate many calls through outbound and organic methods, including:nn
- Facebook groups and online communities
n
- Cold calling
n
- Referral partners (realtors, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, etc.)
n
- Following up with past and inbound leads
n
n
n
- Bring in high‑quality, long‑term clients with strong retention
n
- Keep CRM inbox clean with prompt follow‑ups
n
- Communicate daily with the sales manager
n
- Provide daily reporting of metrics
n
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and calendar full of sales appointments
n
n
Requirements
nn
- Professional appearance and communication
n
- Loves connecting with people
n
- Previous experience in sales or appointment setting
n
- Real estate or property management experience is a plus
n
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong negotiation abilities
n
- Ability to build solid, long‑term relationships

- Highly driven with a focus on results

Additional Requirements (In‑person role)

- Must be based in or near Charlottetown
n
- This is an in‑person role based in downtown Charlottetown
n
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
n
- Must be able to attend meetings, property visits, and networking events regularly
n

Position Details
nn
- Hours: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
n
- Compensation: $18–$19/hour (bonus after probation period)
n
- Workplace: In‑person (Downtown Charlottetown)
n
- Start date: April 6th
