nWhat You’ll Do:nReporting to the Aquatic Centre Customer Service Lead, the Customer Servicen

Representative will be the first point of contact for the aquatic facility, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. This role includes general cleaning in the front lobby and other areas of the facility and also requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.

Skills and Requirements:

n

n
- Proven knowledge of MS Office
n
- Current Standard First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
n
- Current CPR C / AED Certificate (within 1 year)
n

nIn the interview we will be looking for someone who exhibits the following competencies:n

- A sense of initiative, with the ability to complete tasks independently

- Strong communication skills
n
- Ability to deliver friendly, helpful, and solutions-focused customer service
n
- A priority on safety, with the ability to prevent dangerous situations, recognize the signs of an emergency, and take appropriate action
