In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Support the implementation of Trip.Com's brand strategy in Korea aligned with business goals
- Assist in market, competitor, and consumer research
- Help organize and structure brand materials, guidelines, and references
- Contribute ideas to improve brand communication and positioning
- Support execution of integrated brand campaigns across online and offline channels (TVC, Cinema, DOOH, digital, branding touchpoints)
- Assist in campaign rollout including asset deployment, timeline management, and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (Hotel & Flight BD, agencies, medias)
- Support KOL campaign execution including sourcing assistance, communication,
and shooting coordination
- Support QC (quality check) of campaign materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Assist in managing campaign assets and ensuring timely delivery across channels
- Track and organize business and market trend data relevant to brand and campaign performance
- Support campaign reporting through data consolidation and basic analysis
- Assist in structuring and organizing campaign data, insights, and learning materials
- Maintain regular updates on campaign progress and key metrics
- Support tracking of brand marketing budget and spend utilization
- Assist in maintaining cost sheets and campaign-related financial records
- Support day-to-day campaign operations and coordination across stakeholders
- Track overall campaign timelines and follow up on key milestones
- Provide regular updates to the Brand Marketing Manager
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (or currently pursuing)
- Robust interest in Brand Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Marketing
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns and digital channels
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English
- Detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset
- Proactive and fast learner,
able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong sense of creativity and interest in content, branding, and visual storytelling
- Ability to bring fresh ideas and new perspectives
- Interest or experience in KOL, influencer, or content marketing
- Familiarity with OTA, travel, or hospitality industry
- Experience in marketing, content, or campaign-related projects
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment
