Weston Manufacturing Ltd., a family-owned welding and large-scale manufacturing company located in the town of Fort Macleod, AB is looking for a Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily maintenance operations around the facilities. About the Role:
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who’s highly technically savvy and skilled in their trade. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across our facilities, jumping in wherever needed — whether it's electrical, machinery fixes, equipment, or preventative maintenance.

This isn’t a desk job — we need someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. No two days are the same here, and that’s just how you like it.

What You’ll Do:





- Oversee and perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors when necessary
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems (electrical, HVAC, machinery, etc.)
- Keep records of repairs, maintenance logs, and inventory
- Ensure safety standards and building codes are met

Who You Are:

- A true jack-of-all-trades with a broad set of maintenance skills
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a get-it-done attitude
- Comfortable with tools, ladders, and getting your hands dirty
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
