Job Title: Wealth Service Administrator

Location: Exeter, ON and Mitchell, ON

(In-Person/Hybrid, Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week)

As a rapid-growing team of over 17 financial service professionals, we are looking for a truly unique individual who can support the Wealth Service Admin team with exceptional experience, education, skillset and personality.

What Will You be Doing?

This role will be based out of our Exeter and/or Mitchell offices and will attract customer service-oriented individuals whose warmth and welcoming nature shine through in person, in email and phone correspondence. As a Wealth Service Administrator at GC Financial Solutions Group you will be working together as part of the wealth service administration team for task, responsibility, and office building coverage.

Your responsibilities, for which you will receive training, will include but are not limited to the following:

· Managing accurate entry, processing and follow up of all wealth transactions including opening new accounts, executing transfers, redemptions, and deposits for both nominee and client held accounts.

· Oversight of all client forms including prefilling information, managing signature completion, and ensuring accuracy of fund codes and fee structures.

· Managing wealth transfers from outside institutions including timely follow ups and client updates.

· Processing new risk business including applications for life insurance, critical illness insurance, long term care, disability income insurance, personal health insurance and segregated funds.

· Client file preparation for client meetings.

· Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email.

· Communicating with Sun Life and third-party offices as needed.

· Updating Salesforce (CRM) with records of client conversations and following all team Salesforce processes.





· Providing absence backup assistance to other team members.

· Maintain file standards – both hardcopy and electronic.

Candidates Are:

· Eager to learn and can handle detailed processes with accuracy.

· Maintaining professional business conduct/confidentiality at all times; completing annual Sun Life Financial compliance courses and any additional training that comes out throughout the year.

· Communicate with correct grammar, poise, and professionalism both verbally and in written form.

· Punctual, reliable, motivated and goal oriented; receptive and able to implement coachable moments.

· Multi-task with strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, including following-up in a fast paced, high-volume practice.

· Comfortable with computers, specifically PCs and Microsoft Office programs, and CRM experience.

· Like being part of a team, with team building events and socials.

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary Education in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years in a professional office environment). An expectation to continue CE credentials and ongoing learning.

· Mutual Fund licensed in Ontario – requirement.

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in wealth administration in an advisor/client support environment

· High level of attention to detail

· High level of professionalism and strong organizational skills

While you will be employed by GC Financial Solutions Group Inc., you must successfully complete Sun Life’s credit and criminal backcheck and selection paperwork in order to secure this position. This is because we are contracted with Sun Life Financial,



work with their clients and have access to their systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 and vacation is 3 weeks and negotiated based on experience. Note that bonuses and benefit packages are extensive and supplementary to the ranges above.

· Health & Benefits Plans available after 3 months employment.

· Group RSP with matching after 3 months full time employment.

· 7 Paid Personal Days.
