Drake Property Management is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support service delivery across a growing residential portfolio.

This role operates within a coordinated operating model, working closely with Property Managers, on-site maintenance teams, and external vendors to ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently, consistently, and to company standards.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining building operations, supporting capital work, and delivering a reliable resident experience.

Our portfolio includes a mix of professionally managed residential rental communities, including mid-rise and high-rise apartment buildings and multi-building communities across urban and suburban markets.

Role Overview
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing maintenance workflows from intake through completion, ensuring timely resolution of resident requests while maintaining strong communication across operations teams and vendors.

The role combines coordination, problem-solving, and operational execution,



with a focus on service delivery, efficiency, and consistency across the portfolio.

Core Responsibilities
Manage incoming maintenance requests across all channels by reviewing emails and calls, creating work orders, and assessing scope upon receipt
Ensure all resident work orders are completed within established timelines and company service standards
Maintain consistent communication with Property Managers regarding maintenance issues and status updates
Engage residents to gather required details and ensure productive execution of service requests
Coordinate maintenance activities across all trades including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs
Assign appropriate vendors based on initial assessment and manage execution through to completion
