Team-oriented team and setting to help you succeed as an Office Manager. Working at Willow Dental Care Langley, you will experience a team‑oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we are.

Schedule
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday

What We Are Looking For
3‑5 years of experience required in dental office management or dental administration
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
Experience maintaining a skilled level of patient privacy
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
