The Opportunity
As Senior Manager, Finance, you will own the financial operations of our Advertising Co‑Op division, providing strategic insight, operational excellence, and strong leadership to a high‑performing finance team.

This is a high‑impact, visible role working closely with our VP, Finance, executive leadership, Boards, and franchisee committees.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations for the UPGC Advertising Co‑Op entities
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare and present financial results to the Board of Directors and National Advertising Committees
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial governance (ASPE/GAAP)
Oversee audits, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and NPO filings
Partner with Marketing and cross‑functional teams on annual planning and budget reviews
Manage cash flow, investments, banking relationships, and risk management
Coach, develop, and inspire a team of 4 direct reports, fostering growth and accountability
