You've Earned Your Stripes. Now Find a Company That Knows It.
Established & Expanding Ontario Company.
$40–$50/hr ($91,500–$114,400/yr) | Full-Time | Permanent
You've spent years in the field. You've seen the inside of every panel, traced every fault, and fixed what others couldn't figure out. You know the codes cold, you work clean, and you take pride in doing the job right — every time. Are you still being treated like a number?
We're a well-established Ontario company expanding into fire protection services — and we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead the way. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that already has strong operational infrastructure, an existing client base, and the resources to do this right.
We're not a startup figuring it out. We're a company with momentum, adding a division — and we want the right person to help build it.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
- Inspection, testing, maintenance, and verification of fire alarm and/or sprinkler systems across Ontario
- Responding to service calls, deficiencies, and select installations — no assembly-line work
- Operating with real autonomy — you know what you're doing, and we'll trust you to do it
- Direct line to leadership — your input matters here, and it will help shape how this division is built
This isn't a role where you show up, check boxes, and disappear. You'll have ownership of your work and the support of a team that respects what it took to get where you are.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on field experience in fire alarm systems and/or sprinkler systems
- CFAA certification (Fire Alarm) and/or 427A / OCOT registration (Sprinkler)
- Deep working knowledge of CAN/ULC S524, S536, S537 and Ontario Fire Code
- Proven ability to troubleshoot,
verify, and report — independently and accurately
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean abstract
- Dual-ticket candidates are strongly preferred — if you hold both, we want to talk
What We Bring to the Table
We'll be direct — because that's how we operate:
$40–$50/hr (example: 44 hours a week: $91,500–$114,400/yr) — based on your experience, paid to reflect your value Company vehicle provided — fully equipped, ready to go Late-model tools & equipment — you won't be fighting with gear that should've been retired years ago Full benefits package — extended health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage Paid time off — because life exists outside the job Non-unionized environment — direct relationship with leadership, no bureaucracy between you and the people who make decisions Province-wide territory — real variety in your work, not the same building every week
Why Us — And Why Now?
We've built a strong reputation in our industry through professionalism, accountability, and quality workmanship. Now we're expanding into fire protection — and we're looking for the right person to help lead this service division forward.
If you've been waiting for the right moment to step into a role that actually matches your skill level, respects your experience, and gives you a real seat at the table — this is it.
We're a non-unionized Ontario-based company with province-wide reach. Our existing infrastructure, client base, and operational systems are already in place. We're not building from zero — we're adding a division, and we want a senior technician who can hit the ground running and grow with us long term.
Three Openings. One Exceptional Candidate.
We're hiring for:
- Senior Fire Alarm Technician — CFAA certified, 5+ years
- Senior Sprinkler Technician — 427A / OCOT, 5+ years
- ⭐ Dual-Ticket Senior Technician (Fire Alarm + Sprinkler — highest priority)
Position is full-time, permanent, Ontario-wide.
If You're Ready to Be Valued for What You Know — Apply Now.
We review applications personally. If your experience is a fit, you'll hear from us directly — no automated runaround.
