We’re Hiring for Multiple Roles – New Dental Clinic Opening in Kitchener, ON
We’re expanding—and this time, we’re bringing a brand-new Anytime Dental clinic to Kitchener.
As we prepare to open our doors, we’re building an entire team of passionate, service-driven individuals across multiple roles, including Dental Administrators (Concierges) and other key clinic positions.

As a Dental Concierge, you’re more than a front desk team member—you’re the face of the clinic. You set the tone, build trust, and ensure every patient feels genuinely cared for throughout their visit.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your day will be dynamic, but your impact will be consistent:

Be the first point of contact—welcoming patients in person, over the phone, and via email
Coordinate and optimize schedules, including filling last-minute openings
Manage patient inquiries, referrals, and communication with external offices
Clearly explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options
Process billing for patients and insurance while maintaining accurate records
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
Maintain and update patient records in the electronic system
Support the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations

Who You Are
You don’t need to come from a dental background—but you should love working with people and staying organized:

Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or customer service




Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Friendly, calm, and professional in all interactions
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with dental software (ClearDent, Dentrix, AbelDent) is an asset
IPAC certification is a bonus, not required

What the Roles Look Like

Part-time & Full-time opportunities
Evenings and weekends required
Based in Kitchener, ON
Pay range (for Concierge roles): $25–28 per hour

Whether you're joining as a Concierge or in another clinic role, you’ll play a key part in shaping both patient experience and clinic operations.
