Lead creative payments policy initiatives as a Senior Director in a strategic role. Drive industry advocacy, legislative engagement, and build trusted relationships to influence key payments issues in Canada.This position is pivotal within the Payments & Digital division, directly reporting to senior leadership. You will serve as the subject matter expert, offering strategic advice on complex regulatory developments. Collaborating with member banks and external stakeholders, you will develop advocacy strategies to drive consensus and timely decisions across the payments ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic payments policy advocacy and development
Serve as the subject matter expert on industry issues
Facilitate discussions and consensus-building with member banks
Manage relationships with government and regulatory officials
