Drive construction project coordination and support team efforts to maintain quality and timely delivery of projects.
This role focuses on managing project documentation, assisting with scheduling, and conducting quality control inspections.
You will work closely with owners, architects, contractors, and engineers, resolving issues and ensuring that projects stay on course.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track shop drawings and RFIs accurately
• Review and confirm subcontractor RFIs
• Facilitate problem-solving meetings between stakeholders
• Oversee specific project portions or subcontractors
• Perform inspections and progress documentation
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant construction experience
• Familiarity with project management software
• Robust teamwork skills for project completion
• Experience with healthcare or ICI construction preferred
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
