About the Role

We are looking for outgoing, confident, and personable Beauty Advisors to support an exciting new NYX Cosmetics launch at London Drugs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, talking about beauty, and creating a fun in-store experience.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will bring the launch to life by creating buzz, driving engagement, and delivering a fun, interactive in-store experience that reflects the bold and playful NYX brand.

Key Responsibilities

Event Activation & Setup

- setup marketing material and execution of the in-store activation/booth
- Ensure the space is visually appealing, inviting, and on-brand

Sales & Customer Engagement

- Drive product sales, awareness, and trial
- Engage customers with an upbeat, friendly, and confident approach
- Encourage hands-on testing and product discovery

Social & Experiential Engagement

- Create excitement around the launch through a fun, Tik Tok and Instagram experience
- Encourage customers to take photos, engage with the display, and share on social





Product Knowledge & Staff Education

- Educate store teams on the new launch, key features, and selling points
- Share tips, trends, and techniques to support ongoing sales after the event

Team Collaboration

- Build positive relationships with cosmetic teams
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and engaging store environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ Outgoing, bubbly, and highly personable
✔ Passionate about beauty, trends, and customer connection
✔ Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, and current beauty trends
✔ Ability to create a fun, engaging, and high-energy experience

Bonus Experience:
✔ Makeup and/or skincare experience
✔ Previous brand ambassador experience
✔ Cosmetic retail experience

✔ Must be available June 13th or June 20th
