Select is partnering with our client to recruit a dependable and hardworking Yard Worker to support day-to-day yard operations in Fort Macleod. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable working outdoors, and takes pride in keeping materials organized and operations running efficiently.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $ $20–$26/hr, depending on experience
• Full time position
• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required
Position Summary:
• Pack and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment




• Support general yard operations and assist team members as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or labour role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift and handle materials safely
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points For:
• Experience operating a forklift or telehandler
• Background in construction, agriculture, or industrial environments
