Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment with at least 3 years being trades recruiting

- Experience recruiting across multiple sites with varying requirements is an asset

- Familiarity with Collective Agreements / unionized workforces would be an asset

- Excellent time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills

- Familiar with Applicant Tracking systems and good working knowledge of MS Office programs

Note:

- This position will be primarily based out of our Edmonton or Calgary offices

- Will also consider applicants to work out of other Finning locations

- Permanent, full-time role working Monday - Friday shift (5 x 2)
