Responsibilities: *
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Lead and mentor kitchen staff
* Maintain food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards
* Assist with ordering, prep planning, and service execution
* Help build a positive and efficient kitchen culture
