Role: Crusher Operator

nWe are currently seeking a Crusher Operator to join our team of skilled professionals based at our Ingersoll location. This is a Limestone Crushing Plant producing filler.n

Compensation: starting at $29.58 an hour

n

Job Summary The primary function of this role is to operate the crushing plant, load the crusher with the material, maintain good housekeeping, perform maintenance to the crusher and the plant equipment, and perform various quality tests.

Job Responsibilities

n

n
- Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures
n
- Perform daily checks before the start of each shift
n
- Operates Front End Loader
n
- Performs routine maintenance on loader and plant equipment, such as lubricating, fueling, inspecting,



and cleaning as required
n
- Stock/pile the material/product at the designated area.
n
- Receive the material delivered at Ingersoll facility and complete the paperwork and keep & maintain the records
n
- Operate equipment in accordance with standard work instruction
n
- General housekeeping duties which can include shoveling of material
n
- Additional duties as assigned
n
- This is a full time non-unionized permanent position.

nQualificationsn

n
- Graduate or equivalent
n
- Knowledge of the aggregate industry would be an advantage
n
- Driver’s License in good standing
n
- Must be able to work in a rotating shift on a 24/7 work schedule
n
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and computer skills
n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
n
- Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
n
- Good communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking
n
