Position Overview

nAs part of our dynamic and passionate team, the Marketing, Sales and Communications Intern will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies to promote our collections and drive growth.n

You will work closely with the designer to develop creative and effective initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and build customer loyalty. You will also be involved in direct sales, both in-store and online, offering personalized guidance and support to clients. Nemrac prioritizes a tailored sales approach to ensure each client’s needs are fully understood and met.

This internship offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the fashion industry through various projects and events taking place across Quebec and Ontario.

Responsibilities

nMarketing & Communicationsn

- Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies




- Create and manage content for social media, website, and email campaigns
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance, and recommend improvements
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visual, video, and written content
- Develop customer loyalty initiatives to strengthen relationships and attract new clients
- Participate in events, fashion shows, trade shows, and photoshoots

Sales

n

- Welcome and assist clients in-store and online
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Manage transactions and inventory
- Support in-store merchandising and participate in commercial activities and events

Requirements

n

- Strong interest in fashion and good knowledge of current trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creativity and ability to think innovatively
- Strong interpersonal skills and advisory mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
