We’re looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant with strong Workday experience to step into an environment where Workday has been implemented but not optimized.
This role will focus on reviewing the current Canadian payroll setup, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements. You’ll work closely with the internal Workday team to implement changes, support testing, and help train the payroll team.
There may also be some hands-on payroll support for a couple of months to ensure a smooth transition.
Setting:
- ~500 employees in Canada (Workday Payroll)
- ~300 employees in the US (ADP feeding into Workday)
What you need:
- Workday Payroll SME
- Strong system implementation experience
- Solid Canadian payroll background
