Talent Acquisition Coordinator (2+ years) with recruitment experience to provide support to recruitment teams.

This role is 5 days in office in Saskatoon.5 month contract to start with robust possibility for extension.

Must have:
2+ years of experience as a talent coordinator with understanding of the full lifecycle of recruitment
Strong Administrative experience with robust attention to detail
Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using a databases or applicant tracking systems (for example SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG Pro, iCIMS or others)

Nice to have:
Experience with event coordination an asset

What you will do:
Review requisition details for accuracy in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) and delegate to respective recruiters
Post jobs on company's internal and external website,



and niche/local job boards for applicable positions
Schedule phone screens between candidates and recruiters
Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist recruiters with reviewing applications, updating candidate statuses, and phone screening as needed
Draft offer letters to be reviewed and extending to candidates once approved as needed
Build off company templates to create recruitment marketing materials for hiring leaders to post online and in their local area (flyers, mailers, etc.)
Assist with coordination and logistics for recruitment events
Other duties as assigned
