Position: Drive Thru Service Greeter

Status: Full-Time

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers upon arrival and check-in vehicles to our Service Department;

• Install seat covers and floor mats into customer vehicle;

• Assist in the management of service waiters;

• Assure a high level of customer satisfaction;

• Efficiently and correctly promote the dealership service department.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Excellent customer service skills;

• A valid G driver’s licence;

• A clean driver’s abstract;

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs;

• Previous automotive service experience is an asset.
