Key Responsibilities

- Manage day‑to‑day eCommerce operations and initiatives.
- Leverage data and work cross‑functionally to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience online and across channels.
- Assist key accounts with eCommerce inquiries, electronic orders, and technical support.
- Maintain product master data (PMD) quality, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, inventory status, and categorization.




- Monitor competitor platforms and provide recommendations to improve competitive position.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve customer‑related policies and practices.
- Perform eCommerce and new technology platform training sessions.
- Work with distributor partners to enhance the online customer experience with Siemens products.
- Collaborate with international teams to develop and execute digital business initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

- Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent.
- Experience or knowledge of B2B/B2C eCommerce tools and strategies preferred.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau for building reports and deriving insights.
- Experience working with AI chatbot systems to provide efficient and accurate customer support and recommend relevant enhancements.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects and meet key deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French considered an asset.

Hourly compensation is commensurate with experience and ranges between $33.00 CAD – $38.50 CAD.
