Key Responsibilities:
• Direct centralized benefits administration functions
• Manage HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Develop and govern compensation frameworks

• Partner with HR Directors for seamless service delivery
Requirements:
• 10+ years progressive HR experience in operations
• Demonstrated leadership in HR coaching and management
• Comprehensive understanding of employment regulations
• Experience with Workday HRIS tools
• Capacity to influence senior leaders effectively
