Drive sales and client relationships as an Account Manager for temporary staffing in construction. Engage with clients in Edmonton, provide tailored labour solutions, and nurture ongoing connections.
This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and centers on generating sales from construction and light industrial clients. You’ll meet with new and existing clients to present solutions, coordinate contracts, and maintain key accounts. Engage proactively to understand client needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate current sales leads for temporary staffing
• Determine and present staffing solutions to clients
• Schedule meetings and site visits for demonstrations
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
• Account management or sales experience in staffing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong understanding of the construction industry
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
• Desire to develop as a sales leader in construction
