Elevate Indigenous programs as an Operations Officer in a hybrid role. Support strategic planning, community engagement, and educational activities that promote cultural safety and inclusion.
In this permanent full-time position, you will coordinate and support various program strategies while building robust relationships with community organizations and stakeholders. Your expertise in program delivery and cultural engagement will help ensure smooth communication and alignment with community needs, shaping culturally safe program environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate execution of program strategy and service delivery
• Build relationships with community organizations and partners
• Provide administrative support for program implementation




• Facilitate educational training and workshops for communities
• Support program assessments and evaluations
Requirements:
• 4-5 years' experience in relevant field or equivalent
• Experience with equity-deserving populations, specifically Indigenous peoples
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license required
