As a Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and direction for site operations, maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement maintenance programs, budget plans, and security measures while fostering relationships with local entities. Your leadership will be key in achieving operational excellence and driving the Zero Harm Plan forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and objectives
• Direct and oversee site utilities and transload operations
• Coordinate development of effective maintenance strategies




• Establish and manage site budget requirements
• Engage with local government for compliance strategies
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 10+ years dealing with hazardous chemicals
• 10+ years in steam production and equipment management
• Experience in unionized environments preferred
• Proficiency in financial reporting and modeling
