This role supports the Underwriting and Member Service Center, ensuring smooth processing of payments, cancellations, and member communications. You’ll play a key role in operational efficiency, reviewing workflows, and proactively addressing any discrepancies. Your leadership capabilities will support team members, while your initiative will contribute to a culture of innovation and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and activate all member payment plans
• Review and adjust payment plans as necessary
• Handle cancellations and urgent member requests
• Liaise with teams to enhance operational efficiencies
• Manage and package communications for delivery
Requirements:
• Familiarity with public company regulations preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication with a focus on customer service
• Experience with MS Office and operational tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
