Lead the transformation of grid automation as a Protection Systems Leader. Spearhead efforts in developing protection algorithms and integration strategies that drive system reliability and sustainability.

Join the Global Engineering team to oversee cutting-edge R&D; in power system protection and control. This role demands a deep understanding of protection algorithms, project management experience, and the ability to inspire a culture of innovation within your team. You will manage the entire lifecycle of project challenges while promoting advanced communication protocols and automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:



• Inspire and lead a team of protection and control engineers • Oversee full project lifecycle for control systems design • Develop strategies for integrating protection algorithms • Champion the adoption of IEC 61850 and similar standards • Collaborate with hardware and software teams for integration

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; master’s is a plus • Over 10 years in power systems protection • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience • Proven ability to produce industry papers • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
