Role description

We are seeking an experienced and capable Senior Digital EHS&S; Implementation Consultant to lead the design and delivery of EHS&S; software solutions using platforms such as Intelex, Enablon, or Cority. This role is ideal for a hands‑on consultant with strong EHS&S; domain knowledge and platform expertise who can guide clients through complex implementations and deliver high‑quality digital solutions.

Role accountabilities

This role leads the functional design and configuration of EHS&S; software solutions across multiple implementation engagements. The individual will collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs. Responsibilities include facilitating requirements workshops, solution design sessions, training, and user acceptance testing. The role also supports data migration, system integration, and post‑go‑live optimization activities.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the incumbent provides guidance to clients on EHS&S; digital best practices and platform capabilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, templates, and accelerators. Additionally, the position supports business development activities, including solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and scope definition. The individual will mentor and support junior consultants,



contributing to the development of team capability.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering EHS&S; software implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience with Intelex, Enablon, or Cority is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of EHS&S; processes, compliance requirements, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Consulting experience and platform certifications are an asset.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $84,000-127,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
