This role requires a strong background in structural analysis, particularly vibration and nonlinearities. You'll conduct various simulations using Ansys products to evaluate performance and durability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your insights will lead to design recommendations aimed at boosting reliability and overall system behavior.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct modal, vibration,
and response spectrum analyses • Perform nonlinear structural analyses and transient dynamic simulations • Analyze airflow performance and flow distribution in battery packs • Develop system-level models for performance prediction • Prepare technical reports to communicate findings
Requirements: • 3–5 years of structural analysis experience • Experience with Ansys Mechanical and Fluent products • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills • Basic understanding of battery systems and mechanical testing
