In this role, you'll focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring food quality standards are met. You will train the crew, resolve service issues, and enforce food safety protocols. Expect to engage actively on the floor while supporting crew breaks and shift operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality food is served consistently
• Address and resolve food quality issues
• Monitor food safety practices and compliance
• Train and develop front-of-house crew members
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Restaurant experience is essential
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Open availability for scheduling flexibility
• Minimum 32 hours per week commitment
