* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or related mechanical/piping markets.* **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Ability to navigate diverse customer environments.* **Skills:** Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.* **Software Proficiency:** Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM tools, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).* **Mindset:** Competitive, results-driven, persistent problem-solver with a customer-focused approach.* **Travel:** Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time (actual travel may vary).* **Relationship Management:** Demonstrated ability to build long-term rapport with contractors, engineers, and distributors.Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D;).
