You will analyze workflows, assist in tool implementation, and support customer training both in office and remotely. Collaborate with the implementation team to translate needs into actionable tasks and develop user adoption strategies for sustainable clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with clinical operations and outcomes
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements
• Support product training and implementation initiatives
• Own workflow mapping and gap analysis efforts
• Conduct detailed requirements-gathering sessions
Requirements:
• Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist
• BS/BA in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in oncology and healthcare technology
• Residency in Alberta required
• Willingness to travel up to 75% time
