: Electrical Design Engineer **Location**: Langley, BC (on-site) Thomson Power Systems, a division of Regal Rexnord, has been at the forefront of crafting electrical solutions for the Power Generation sector for over half a century. We are currently on the lookout for a Design Engineer to join our ATS Engineering team. Based in Langley, BC, Canada, this role is a prime chance for individuals passionate about technical design and product innovation. Become a pivotal part of Thomson Power Systems' evolution as we steer towards unlocking our utmost potential. **Major Responsibilities:** Execute recent product development (NPD) projects from concept through production release, including requirements, design outputs, prototyping, verification, and launch support. Own engineering deliverables across requirements of definition, design outputs, documentation, and change control.Support certification activities with technical documentation and test support; prior UL1008 experience is beneficial but not required. tasks as **Required Education, Experience, and Skills:** 2-5+ years of design experience with Electrical systems or electric panels like ATS,



Switchgear, industrial controls, etc...PLC programming and/or troubleshooting experience.Proficiency in using AutoCAD Classic.Stellar communication skills in English, encompassing both written and oral dimensions. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** Hands-on experience in AutoCAD Electrical. Familiarity with Visual Factory is an advantage.
