In this full-time role, you will support decision-making processes within the Health System and Model Innovation portfolio. Utilizing structured problem-solving skills, you will analyze complex information while collaborating with program teams and senior leaders. Your efforts will contribute to horizon scanning, strategic intelligence, and actionable insights, shaping program design and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct horizon scanning for health system trends • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data effectively • Develop reports, briefs,



and dashboards for stakeholders • Translate technical findings into clear communication • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for relevant outputs

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in health-related field • 5+ years in data-rich analytical roles • Experience in health, research, or public sector • Strong communication and synthesis skills • Proficiency with digital platforms and tools
