Support human resources operations as a detail-oriented Administrator. This role includes coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records in a collaborative and organized environment.
The position is geared towards someone with solid organizational skills who thrives in an engaging workplace. You will support recruitment activities, oversee the onboarding process, and maintain accurate HR documentation. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries and supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment activities and interview coordination
• Coordinate full onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
• Respond to internal and external HR inquiries
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience, HR exposure preferred
• Administrative certificate or diploma considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
