This permanent, full time role offers the chance to impact lives positively, working standard hours Monday to Friday. You will facilitate assessments, treatment planning, and implement tailored workshops for participants. Your responsibilities will also include case management, documentation, and building therapeutic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct program intake and discharge assessments • Develop treatment and accommodation plans • Facilitate evidence-supported workshops for participants • Provide group and individual counselling sessions • Manage detailed documentation in accordance with guidelines
Requirements: • Degree in Counselling, Social Work, or related field • At least 1 year of experience in addiction counselling • Professional registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO • Understanding of substance use complexities and recovery • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
