Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Product Specialist located in Edmonton, AB. As a Product Specialist, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, offer product knowledge and expertise, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs,



demonstrating and explaining vehicle features, assisting with financing and leasing options, and ensuring a transparent and supportive buying process. Collaborating with sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

- Expertise as a Product Specialist with strong product knowledge and familiarity with automotive solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and negotiation strategies
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, market trends, and performance metrics
- Passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn about new models and technologies
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to work on‑site
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related customer‑facing role is an asset
- High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in a relevant field is preferred
