Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule pickups and delivery with carriers
• Maintain shipment tracking and status updates
• Proactively communicate delivery issues
• Drive accountability with weekly performance scorecards
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Requirements:
• 3+ years of logistics or dispatch experience
• High school education required; further education is a plus
• Bilingual in French/English preferred
• Solid competency in MS Office
• Familiarity with transportation industry regulations
