You will play a pivotal role in implementing onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training across various regions. This position entails monitoring quality, coordinating schedules, and providing insights to improve training delivery. Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to launch cutting-edge training solutions and maintain compliance with health and safety training requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of Regional Trainers
• Ensure training schedules meet organizational priorities
• Oversee training quality and provide improvement feedback




• Facilitate leadership development and advanced training
• Collaborate with L&D; Manager on new initiatives
Requirements:
• 4–5 years in training, learning or operations leadership
• Knowledge of adult learning principles essential
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
