Overview

OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a role focused on picking, packing and dispensing online orders with high quality standards and accuracy while adhering to safety and food hygiene requirements to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Ensure products picked are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.).
- Document and label all orders correctly through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-effective manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service to help resolve issues.
- Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, maintain a clean work area, promptly clean spills and debris,



ensure totes are clean and debris-free before packing; operate material handling equipment safely and complete safety pre-inspection checks; demonstrate behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, safety, and quality; adapt to changes to meet daily delivery schedules.

Compensation: Starting wage from $16.15 per hour.

- Age – 16 or older
