The Opportunity We are hiring a QA Analyst‑Tester, well versed in Azure DevOps and Microsoft development technologies, and Salesforce platforms, to assess software quality. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are competent in executing test cases and passionate about quality, then you could be the right person for this position.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here)

Test enterprise web applications, mobile apps, Salesforce applications, and integrations in a very agile environment with a fast decision process, having the opportunity to collaborate directly with multiple development teams and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance activities for MS .NET / Angular / Azure based Full Stack Application and Salesforce-based applications involving Microservices architecture‑based Web Application, REST API and database.

Identify, record and track bugs and quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts using Azure DevOps.





Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Identify, implement, document, lead and enforce process improvements for software quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.

Audit test cases and maintain quality test cases to ensure thorough test coverage for applications.

Build out automation suite for tested products using Playwright.

All team members will be part of sprint planning, sprint review, daily stand‑up meetings, pair programming, and peer code reviews.

Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of our team.

Additional duties as assigned by the manager.

What you need to ensure you are set up for success

Experience in Azure DevOps is a must.

Proven hands‑on work experience in quality assurance activities for systems built with Microsoft technologies and Salesforce.

Experience in software quality assurance activities with experience in writing automation scripts.

Experience in developing and maintaining automation tests framework using C# and Playwright.

Experience in Quality Assurance activities for Microservices architecture‑based Web Application, REST APIs, Web APIs and Database.

Writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases and defect reports.

Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL and scripting.

Experience with performance testing (load and stress tests).

Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and auditing test cases.

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The anticipated base salary hiring range for this role is 67K to 83K annually. The final base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
