- Prepare maintenance strategies, budgets, and lifecycle plans
- Lead investigations and troubleshooting for equipment
- Coordinate maintenance activities during outages




- Write technical specifications and manage vendor selections
- Apply industry standards for equipment complianceRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-6 years relevant experience in power generation
- Skilled in condition monitoring and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of engineering design standards
