This full-time role supports the Director of Operations, contributing to strategic initiatives and internal process development across departments. You will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and the creation of tools that aid operational effectiveness. Collaborating with various teams, you will observe processes, support training, and facilitate communication for ongoing improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily operations and project implementation
• Conduct research for pricing and cost tracking
• Maintain and organize operational data for decisions
• Implement current initiatives in collaboration with management
• Develop training materials and onboarding strategies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in business or related areas
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
• Strong independent working capabilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed
