This role requires 5 days a week onsite at downtown Vancouver, BC.

Qualifications:

- Senior Business System Analyst with over 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects within an enterprise environment (1000+ employees). Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams in an agile workplace.
- 3+ projects working as a BA on a Fraud/Risk solution end to end. Must have experience working with one or more of the listed applications (Forter, Appriss, CyberSource, Adyen, Sift, Amex, Aurus) and/or experience with pre-purchase, post-purchase, pre-auth and post-auth fraud detection tools.
- 2+ projects (end to end) working with data integrations (APIs, files) - must demonstrate the ability to analyze cross-functional flows and understand functional flows in SaaS applications.
- Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projects
- Strong understanding of retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL,



Excel, and BI tools.
- Knowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation, Container Management, Application Performance Engineering, monitoring, alerting, AWS Services and Architecture
- Ability to determine estimates of effort and impacts for a variety of solutions and influence technical discussions and decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks and to coordinate activities with a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
- Challenges the status quo, champions change and influences others to change.
