Responsibilities

- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with excellent care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
- Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshness).
- Correctly document and label all orders by interpreting pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels and other relevant documentation.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.




- Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean, hygienic work area, promptly cleaning spills and debris, ensuring totes are clean and void of debris before packing, operating material‑handling equipment safely, completing safety pre‑inspection checks before use, and exhibiting behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards and efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing/adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

Minimum Pay

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15 per hour. The minimum hourly rate for this position begins at 16.15 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

- Age – 16 or older.
